MS 150 One Week Away - Last Update Before the *BIG* Ride!

Training this year has not come without its challenges... A Back injury flare up that had me off the bike and in physical therapy for two weeks. Now here we are just one week away from the ride and I am recovering from gallbladder surgery.... more
